About Yokohama-shi administrative dissatisfaction examination committee

In the request for examination, a hearing officer who is not involved in the disposition presides over the hearing procedure, but in order to ensure further fairness, the Examining Agency is required to consult a third-party organization. In Motoichi, we establish Yokohama-shi administrative dissatisfaction examination committee as this third-party organization.
The Yokohama City Administrative Appeals Examination Committee mainly checks the adequacy of the hearing procedure conducted by the examiner and the adequacy of the judgment of the Examining Agency, including the interpretation of laws and regulations, and reports the results to the Examining Agency.
