Part of the Administrative Procedure Law and the Yokohama City Administrative Procedure Ordinance have been revised and have been enforced since April 1, 2015.
As a result of this amendment, two procedures have been established.
- Requests for cancellation of administrative guidance (Article 35-2 of the Administrative Procedure Ordinance, Article 36-2 of the Administrative Procedure Law)
- Requests for disposal, etc. (Article 37-2 of the Administrative Procedure Ordinance, Article 36-3 of the Administrative Procedure Law)

Application method
- When submitting an application, please submit the application form to the department in charge of the administrative guidance or disposal.
The format is free, but we have set a style example for your reference, so please use it as appropriate.
