• The admission fee will be discounted at the target facility by presenting the member registration card.

• We deliver e-mail magazine which published municipal administration information about measure and business of Yokohama-shi. (2 to 4 times a month)
• There is no reward.

• Please apply from "Application (outside site)".

• The cost of answering the questionnaire, such as the cost of Internet connection, will be borne by the member himself.
• The personal information provided will be properly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than the implementation of the Yokohama e-questionnaire.
• In principle, all applicants will be registered as members.
• Duplicate registration by the same person is not possible.
