In order to promote the be prepared for disaster, Asahi Ward holds a lecture on disaster prevention.
This year, Mr. Kawamoto of the Crisis Management and Disaster Prevention Division of the Governor's Office of Kumamoto Prefecture will talk about the challenges faced by local refuge and voluntary disaster prevention organizations in the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake that refuge and voluntary disaster prevention organizations should prepare during normal times and prepare for disasters based on actual experiences.
