As part of the effective utilization of our assets, City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau will lend land to the Chigasakichuo Rainwater Reservoir (Tsuzuki Ward ).
While securing the function of the rainwater regulating pond, companies that can be used will be determined by open call for participants (two-stage general competitive bidding).
The loan form is a 30-year fixed-term lease agreement for business use, and we hope that you will propose a utilization method that contributes to regional revitalization and the increase in revenue in Motoichi.
