In order to convey the taste and appeal of seasonal vegetables to many people, Hodogaya Ward has been holding the “Honogaya locally grown and consumed Cooking Contest” since fiscal 2022. In fiscal 2027, the 100th anniversary of the constituency system, a collection of recipes commemorating the 100th anniversary of the constituency system will be issued. As we hold the locally grown and consumed Cooking Contest again this year, we are looking for the best idea recipes to bring out the appeal of potatoes.
