In Yokohama City, we are enlightening advanced care planning (ACP: nicknamed "Life Conference"), where we think about how we want to spend the final stage of life from a healthy perspective and discuss the desired medical care and care with family members and important people. I am promoting it.
This time, we have created an easy-to-understand short drama with the aim of deepening our understanding of the "Life Conference" and "Hello Notebook".
It will be screened for the first time at the public awareness lecture on February 10 (Thursday), and will be released on YouTube thereafter.
In order to prevent the spread of infection in COVID-19 infection, we will cancel the public awareness lecture "Knowing, Watching, Listening and Life Conference" scheduled for February 10. We apologize to all of you who applied, but we appreciate your understanding. （1/21）
