Yokohama City established the Yokohama City COVID-19 infection Call Center in February 2020 to respond to consultations from citizens, including referrals to medical institutions and consultation on physical condition of positive people.
Based on the current status of consultation, the operation of the Yokohama City COVID-19 infection Call Center will be terminated on March 31, 2024.
