On October 13, 2021, the Committee made a report and recommendation on salary for City Counsil and Mayors for 2021.
[Characteristics of salary recommendations for this year]
Monthly salary is not revised and special salary (bonus) is reduced.
・The monthly salary will not be revised because the difference from private salary of -62 yen (-0.02%) is small.
・Reduce the annual payment ratio of special salary (bonus) by 0.15 months (from 4.45 months to 4.30 months per year)
※ Recommendation of bonuses for the second consecutive year
