On October 12, 2023, the Committee made reports and recommendations to the City Counsil and the Mayor regarding salary in 2023.
[Characteristics of reports and recommendations on salary this year]
Both monthly salary and special salary (bonus) positive revision
・Revised the salary table to fill the gap of 4,027 yen (1.04%) with private salary.
・Increase the special salary (bonus) (for 0.1 month), and the increase is equally distributed to the end-of-term allowance and diligence allowance for 0.05 months.
