On October 9, 2024, the Committee made reports and recommendations to the City Counsil and the Mayor regarding salary in 2024.

Both monthly salary and special salary (bonus) positive revision (recommendation for increase for the third consecutive year)
・Revised the salary table to fill the gap of 10,866 yen (2.76%) with private salary (the difference from private salary exceeds 10,000 yen for the first time in 32 years since 1992)
・Increase the special salary (bonus) (for 0.1 month), and the increase is equally distributed to the end-of-term allowance and diligence allowance for 0.05 months.
