"Marine Park Beach", the only beach in Yokohama City, will open from Saturday, July 8 to Thursday, August 31.
On the opening of the sea on Saturday, July 8, we will hold a sea opening ceremony and event such as a sea opening declaration. At the event, in addition to collecting karuta using a huge picture card from Karuta Karu, a local karuta in Kanazawa Ward, a participatory tsunami evacuation drill will be held to guide visitors with the tsunami flag.
