Think about the global environment with local sea ingredients! "Hakkeijima Wakame school lunch Project" will be held at an elementary school in Kanazawa Ward!

Kanazawa Ward is promoting the development of eco-friendly towns by utilizing the sea and greenery, which are characteristic of the ward. We are pleased to announce that in cooperation with Yokohama Hakkeijima Co., Ltd., we will provide seaweed grown in Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, Yokohama, in school lunch, Municipal Elementary Schools.
On the day of the event, a video of environmental learning on the theme of seaweed will be broadcast to foster children's awareness of the environment and attachment to the local Kanazawa sea.
