In Yokohama City, efforts are being made to enliven the area around Shin-Yokohama Station, the nearest station to the Yokohama International Stadium, the venue for the Rugby World Cup 2019 TM Japan Games, as an “environmentally advanced city full of flowers and greenery”. As part of this effort, a design manhole for the Rugby World Cup 2019 specification will be set up on August 29.
On the day, a design manhole will be set up with Yoshito Yoshida, a former rugby representative from Japan and a special supporter of the Rugby World Cup 2019 TM host city (Kanagawa / Yokohama).
