In Yokohama City, the Yokohama housing complex Consortium has been engaged in activities that contribute to the rehabilitation of condominiums and housing complex. As part of these activities, we will expand the loan system of the Japan Housing Finance Agency so that condominiums and Residential Association in housing complex will not interfere with management and operation activities due to lack of reserve funds for repairs.
