About error of transmission of COVID-19 infection inspection result

　In a PCR test conducted by the Yokohama City Public Health Center through an active epidemiological survey in close contact, there were four cases in which false results were reported as "negative" where the test results should be reported to the individual.
　We have already contacted the patient with apology and correction.
　The four health observation and recuperation periods have already been completed, and no events such as physical condition have occurred.
　We would like to inform you of this and deeply apologize to the patients, their families, and related parties.
