We performed inhabitant of a ward vote for four final candidate works chosen by examination from 151 nickname plans of Kohoku inhabitant of a ward Cultural Center sent by inhabitants of a ward.
As a result, "Miskey Hall", which received the most votes, was decided as a nickname for the Kohoku Residents' Cultural Center.
