Government officials from Ukraine's infrastructure-related ministries and local governments have come to Japan through the invitation of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the purpose of supporting recovery and reconstruction.
We visited Yokohama City as part of our visit to Japan, met with Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka, Mayor of Yokohama, and visited infrastructure facilities in the city.
