I lost documents related to my number card issued in Minami Ward from January to March 31, 2017, which had been kept at Minami Ward Office. Grant-related documents were documents to be kept until 2031 for 15 years, but it seems that they were accidentally discarded at the time of document disposal from 2017 to 2020.
My Number is not listed on the lost documents and does not affect the validity of My Number Card.
Information such as the abuse of the contents described in the lost documents has not been sent to date.
