Naka Ward has designated March as the Naka Ward Kizuna Month and is promoting disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage actions.
The Naka Ward Disaster Prevention Lecture will be held as part of Kizuna Month initiative. In line with the expansion of COVID-19 infection, this will be done in a Web format. Through this lecture, we will widely disseminate the events of Kamaishi to citizens and raise awareness of nature be prepared for disaster and helping each other.
