The "Nishi Ward Insect Listening to the Sounds of Insects" is a traditional festival in Nishi Ward where you can listen to the sounds of bells and enjoy outdoor tea ceremonies and performances of koto and shakuhachi.
On the day, all lights and handmade snow caves lit in Kamonyama Park.
