City of Yokohama, Sakae Ward and Lawson Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo) will implement the experimental project to promote self-procedural procedures for issuing certificates at resident certificate and other locations based on proposals received at the co-creation front desk.
