To create bustle around Seya Station and create attractive winter spots in the city.
This is the second illumination will be held in front of Seya Station North Exit Station.
This year, we will promote the International Horticultural Expo, which will be held at the former Kami Seya Communication Facility in 2027.
A special decoration with a promotion logo is also available! Colors the winter of Seya brilliantly.
Also, on the first day, a lighting mini event will be held!
We enliven lighting by performance of handbell by inhabitants of a ward circle "Music Bell Niji".
