The Liberal Democratic Party's Yokohama City Council Parliamentarians submitted a notification of change in the faction members following the separation of Norimi Takahashi, and the Japan Restoration Party's Yokohama City Council and Independent Association submitted a notification of change in the faction members following the resignation of Keiichiro Yamada.
On the same day, Mr. Keiichiro Yamada submitted a notice of formation of a denomination stating that he had formed the "Yokohama Yokohama City Council Representative".
