Yokohama City and Tomorrow Net Co., Ltd. will conduct demonstration experiments using an automatic response system using navigation-type dialogue AI that simultaneously uses voicebots (voice dialogue AI) and chatbots (text dialogue AI) in response to inquiries regarding moving (move-out notice, move-in notice, move notice) sent to the ward office Family Registry Division.
