In an emergency case in which a man in his 40s in Kohoku Ward suffered cardiopulmonary arrest, citizens and others who were present worked together to perform lifesaving measures, saving precious lives.
We will present a letter of appreciation from the Chief of the Kohoku Fire Department for the quick and appropriate action.
