City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau has launched a service that attaches voice codes to "Notice of Water and Sewerage Water Consumption" posted at the time of meter reading.
By notifying the amount of water used and fees in Japanese and English, it is easy to understand for visually impaired and those who are unable to speak Japanese.
