Water Works Bureau conducts a “Customer Awareness Survey on Water Supply” once every four years to understand the current situation of customers and evaluations and requests regarding water supply business (the previous survey was conducted in FY2018). We are pleased to announce that the survey results for FY2022 have been compiled.
