　Today, the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Association prepares and operates the exposition based on the "Law Concerning Special Measures Required for Preparing and Operation of the International Horticultural Exposition to be held in 2027". There was a joint announcement from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries that it was designated as an exposition association.
