Tozuka Ward 80th Anniversary Commemorative Project “I feel the history of Totsuka Ward! "Kite Flying Tournament" will be held.

　Totsuka Ward celebrated its 80th anniversary on April 1, 2019. Based on the fact that kite flying was held in Totsuka Ward once celebrated the growth of children, we will hold a kite flying competition to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Tozuka constituency system. The first 1,000 visitors will receive a handmade kite material set. Fly an original kite, celebrate the 80th anniversary together, and make memories (you can also bring your own handmade kite and fry it) 。
