On Monday, July 12, it was discovered that one My Number Card, which had been kept at Tsurumi Ward Office Family Registry Division, was missing.
For this reason, we were unable to hand out my number card to customers who had made a reservation for delivery on Tuesday, July 13 the following day. We deeply apologize for the loss of My Number Card, which should be handled strictly.
