In Yokohama City, based on the “Yokohama City Staff Work-Life Balance Potential Demonstration Promotion Program-Expansion Version-(commonly known as We (We) Plan)”, both men and women regardless of gender, We are promoting the creation of an organization where all staff can maximize their motivation and abilities while flexibly responding to various life stages.

 “We” is extracted from “W” in “work-life balance” included in the plan name and “e” in “expansion” (expansion)”.
W Program Plus, which we have been working on until FY2021 ☆Inheriting and expanding the scope of these activities, the company is commonly referred to as the We Plan, with the meaning of "a plan that all employees are working on."
