The Port and Harbor Bureau Facility Management Division is recruiting staff for the fiscal year to manage the Daikoku Wharf Central Green Space.

1 Business description
- Reception of use of exercise open space, tennis court and lottery duties, equipment inspection, correspondence of user communication inquiry, attention, instruction, etc.
- Maintenance and management of facilities (including parking lots), green space management, etc. (There are cleaning of facilities and emergency measures, use of horticultural products such as passenger mowers and brush cutters)
- In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
2 Eligibility
- You must be healthy and confident in your physical strength.
- Being able to respond to the question.
- Able to perform simple office work (including PC operation).
- Be able to work on weekends and holidays.
- Do not fall under the disqualification provisions stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act.

Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
Working hours
From 9:00 to 17:30 (break time from 12:00 to 13:00)
Working days
Shift work four days a week (including weekends and holidays)
※Excludes New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3).
Work location
Daikoku Wharf Central Green Space (Oguro Wharf 1, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama)
Compensation
211,900 yen per month (planned amount for FY2025). It is subject to change due to system revision etc.
Term-end allowance, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (actual cost equivalent, upper limit) are paid separately.
Vacation
Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
(As per the rules on working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City)
Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6 Selection method and pass/fail decision
Selection method
After the first screening based on the submitted documents, an interview will be conducted for those who have passed the documents as the second screening.
Interview date
Friday, February 7, 2025 (planned)
※Details such as the location and time of the interview will be announced separately.
Interview venue
Daikoku Wharf Central Green Space or Osanbashi Wharf Building Conference Room
※Transportation expenses to the selection venue will be borne by yourself.
Pass/fail decision
We will notify you by mail by Friday, February 14, 2025.
7 Workplace tour
A workplace tour will be held at the following date and time.
If you would like to visit the workplace in advance before applying, please join us.

※ Local assembly will be dissolved on-site.

8 At the time of employment physical checkup
Those who have passed the selection and are scheduled to be hired will receive physical checkup at the designated organization.
※Specific schedules will be announced separately after the recruitment is decided.
9 Others
(1) Please note that submitted documents will not be returned.
(2) Regarding the personal information collected by the city at the time of this selection, we will not use it for any purpose other than office work related to recruitment selection and recruitment. However, the personal information of the recruiter will be used as personnel information.
(3) If the 2025 budget is not voted on in Yokohama City Council, it may not be accepted even if it passes the selection process.
