　〇 Negishi Residential Area
　　・Restoration work
　　　Demolition of state-owned property, etc. Approx. ¥2,066 million

　・　Currently, restoration work in the Negishi residential area (demolition and removal of buildings and structures other than facilities that need to be left for maintenance and management of the area, etc.)
　　Based on the current progress of the work, the work is expected to continue in FY2024.
　・　The timing of the completion of the work is currently under adjustment and will be announced as soon as it is decided.
