1 Members of the Personnel Committee
The Human Resources Committee is composed of three members appointed by the mayor with the consent of Parliament.

2. Authority of the Human Resources Committee
The Human Resources Committee has been established as a neutral and professional HR body, and is governed by law and mainly includes the following:
- Investigate matters related to personnel administration.
- Report whether the salary table is appropriate and recommend if it is necessary to increase or decrease the salary.
- Recommend measures to be taken regarding salary, working hours and other working conditions.
- Matters related to the competition examination and selection of staff.
- Requests for measures related to the working conditions of staff and requests for examination of disadvantageous disposal of staff, as well as judgments and decisions.

4. Establishment of Secretariat
The secretariat (Investigation Division / Appointment Division) has been set up to handle tasks belonging to the authority of the Human Resources Committee.
