From around 15:30 on November 15, 2024, an event that could not access the Yokohama City Child Care Support App "Pamatoko" occurred, but at around 21:00 on the same day, it was restored to a situation where the application could be accessed .
The cause was due to a large-scale failure of the global platform called Salesforce, which is the foundation of Pamatco.
