5 About wheelchair user compartment, caring parking lot

6 About transportation of bicycles and trolleys by elevators from the parking lot on the first basement floor
　　Elevators (south and north elevators) that go up to the ground from the parking lot on the first basement floor are prohibited from entering bicycles and trolleys.
　　Bicycles should be carried in hugged so as not to harm those around you. (The same applies to the government building.)
　　Also, if you use a trolley to go to the ground or each department, please transport your luggage by the following method.
　①From the parking lot on the first basement floor, go to the Disaster Prevention Center on the second floor without a trolley, accept it, and receive an admission certificate.
　②Return to the parking lot and enter with a trolley from the following places using your admission card. The commercial elevators that can be used are determined as shown in the drawing.

7 About parking place of electric kickboard
　　About electric kickboard, as vehicle classification becomes specific small motor bike from July, 2023, please use "bicycle parking lot" when you come to city hall. (The fee is the same as a motorcycle.) There is no chain required to lock, so please prepare it by the user.
