About Yokohama-shi statistics book
The Yokohama City Statistical Report comprehensively contains basic statistical data covering various fields such as population, economy, society, and culture, and clarifies the current situation and trends of the city. The first edition was published in 1903 (AD 1903), and now the 103rd edition is published.

The Yokohama City Statistical Report [web version] is updated as soon as the latest information is obtained prior to the publication of the booklet, but the previous figures are posted for statistical surveys conducted once every few years. The data may have been retroactively corrected, so please always use the latest file.
Precautions for Use
- As a general rule, the figures are only related to Motoichi. However, due to the nature of the materials or due to the limitations of the collection of materials, those that cannot grasp the numerical values only for Motoichi were noted and posted.
- The re-recording of statistical survey results, etc., for which detailed reports have been published separately, has been outlined.
- In the upper left of the margin, the unit of numerical values is listed. Items with multiple units may be listed on the front and the front. Also, at first glance, what is obvious is omitted.
- The source of statistical data is posted in the margin. In the case of reports, etc., the title is added as "". In addition, since the name of the department that is the source of the statistical data is at the time of renewal in principle, it may differ from the current name or department in charge.
- In principle, figures less than the figures are rounded to the nearest unit. Therefore, figures accumulated with breakdowns may not match the total figures.
- When quoting or reprinting numerical values, etc., please specify that it was quoted or reprinted.
- The codes used in the statistical table are as follows.
- Amounts less than the unit as a result of rounding off “0” corresponding figures
- “-” Not applicable figures
- 「…Figures for which the figures are unknown, unknown, or may not appear.
- “X” figures are applicable, but are not disclosed.
- “#” Figures for which the number is included.
- “△” negative or decreased
- “Reposted” The breakdown of the total (total) of that item is aggregated by different classification items and is included in the total (total).
- Not included in the total (total) of the tables listed in "Attached"
