Notice
〇 Procedures for the Spring Major Holidays
For applications on April 14, 15, and 16, 2025, a notice may be made on May 7.
○From the reception on March 10, 2025, about reports by electronic application, we issue "notice" from Yokohama-shi electronically.
〇 There is a revision of the Act on Promotion of Expansion of Public Land (Public Expansion Act), and those who have applied for purchase of production green tracts based on the provisions of the Production Green Space Law after September 19, 2024 are not notified that they will not buy. Notification based on the provisions of the Public Expansion Law is no longer required for one year from the day following the day.
※If the owner has changed from the time of application, a notification is required even within one year.

〇 We have started accepting applications using the electronic application and notification system.
From February 19, 2024, we started accepting applications using the electronic application and notification system.
For details, please refer to the following "Procedure Flow".
Flow of Procedure
Submission of the registration form Application Form
Submission by electronic application and notification system (outside site) is accepted by mail or at the Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section on the 12th floor of Yokohama City Hall City Hall.
Prior to submission, the contents of e-mail ([email protected]) and the documents to be submitted are confirmed in advance. For details on the submission documents, etc., please refer to the submission documents for notification and application.
Acceptance method
◆About reception by electronic application, notification system
◇Concept of Reception Day
Acceptance by electronic application is not the date on which the applicant applied, but the date on which the appropriate notification was received.
After the application, the person in charge will check the details of the application. Please note that it may take some time. Upon receipt, you will be notified of "Application Acceptance" to the registered e-mail address.
◇If the contents of the electronic application are incomplete
If there is a defect, such as a mistake in the lot number or the name of the applicant, please make a "withdrawal" and apply for a new one after correction. You can apply for a new one using the application details from My Page.
◇About copy (duplicate) of report (application) form
For electronic applications, a copy (duplicate) of the notification (application) form stamped with the acceptance seal will not be issued.
Please use the automatic notification of "Application Completed". If you would like a copy (duplicate), please notify us at the counter or mail.
※The applicant can check the processing status of the procedure on "My Page".
◆About mail reception
If you confirm that there is no defect in the preliminary confirmation, we will inform you so.

◆About window reception desk
Closed: national holidays, other holidays, and New Year's holidays December 29th-January 3rd, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
Please make a telephone reservation in advance when visiting the agency.
Confirm whether there is an organization that wishes to purchase
About land which received report, proposal, we examine whether local public entities perform purchase consultation.
Notification of results
Within three weeks from the date of notification / application, we will notify you of the result of deciding on a purchase consultation group or the result of making a decision not to buy.
◆In the case of reception at the counter
You will receive it at the Public Expansion Law Office of the Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section.
As soon as you receive the notice, please bring a copy of the registration form (application form) to the counter.
In addition, even if you submit it to the counter, you will be notified by mail if you bring an envelope for sending (letter packs, specific records, etc.)
◆In the case of reception using the electronic application / notification system
When we apply by electronic application, report system, we issue notice electronically.
◆In the case of reception by mail
In the case of window issuance, please bring a copy of the registration form (application form) and come to the window as soon as you receive notification.
If you wish to receive it by mail, please submit one copy of the return envelope (letter pack, specific records, etc.) for the notice and one copy (two copies in total) for sending duplicates such as registration form. Please enclose it.
However, if the duplicate is sent at the same time as the delivery of the notice, only one copy of the return envelope is acceptable.
