1 Classification of awards
　(1)Construction company commendation: Awards will be given to contractors who have constructed the work ordered by Motoichi with excellent results.
　(2)Commendation for Site Managers: Awards will be given to the site proxy/agent, which has performed the work ordered by Motoichi with excellent results.

2 Method of commendation
　(1)Performed by civil engineering section, pavement section, water supply section, landscaping section, equipment section, construction section.
　(2)The award is given once a year.
　(3)A supplementary prize (pin badge) is attached to the site manager's award.

3 Construction subject to the award screening
　Of the construction ordered by Motoichi, the construction completed in the previous year of the award year was the construction that was eligible for construction performance evaluation with a contract amount of 5 million yen or more at the time of the initial contract.

4 Selection of Construction Company Awards
　The Construction Company Award commends construction companies with higher construction performance ratings.
　The number of construction company awards is 6% of the number of contractors who have received orders for the target construction for each category of construction type, location, etc. of each award category, and 60% of them are selected as "average performance excellent construction companies", and 40% are selected as "individual performance excellent construction companies".

5 Selection of Site Manager Award
　　The site manager's award will be given to the site proxy/agent, who was responsible for the construction work with the highest grade of construction performance.
　　2% of the number of construction works will be selected for each category of construction type, location, etc. of each award category. However, in the construction completion result notice (Yokohama City Contract Construction Inspection Office Work Handling Guidelines No. 6 style), the construction system and construction status do not reach a certain level are excluded.

※　In the selection of award candidates, each award category is selected according to the type of construction, location (city company), etc.

6 Handling of consortiums
　(1)The construction performance rating points for JV construction will be treated as the results of each member.
　(2)In the event that JV works are selected in the selection of the site manager award, in addition to the site proxy/agent, one supervising technician or chief technician will be awarded for each member who does not select the site proxy/agent.

7 Disqualification
　(1)In any of the works subject to the award screening, the contractor with a construction performance rating of less than 65 points and the construction site proxy/agent.
　(2)Contractors who have received measures for suspension of nomination according to the outline of measures such as suspension of nomination (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of nomination") from the date of commendation of the previous year to the day before the commendation of the relevant year. However, in the case of nomination suspension due to minor reasons (those specified in Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination), the contractor who will take the start date.
　(3) Site managers who have not reached a certain level at the site manager's evaluation items in the construction completion inspection result notice (Yokohama City Contract Construction Inspection Office Handling Guidelines No. 6 style).　　　
　(4)Those who have determined that it is inappropriate to be awarded by the examination committee specified in Article 8.
