Handling of use tickets and coupons for some indoor pools issued by 2018

With the introduction of the designated manager system from FY2019, the following indoor pools will be managed by a new company instead of the Yokohama City Sports Association, so use tickets issued by FY2018 , Coupons, etc., can no longer be used as of March 31, 2019, including Sakae Pool. For more information, please contact the Yokohama Sports Association.
・Target facilities: Konan Pool, Hodogaya Pool, Asahi Pool, Linets Kanazawa (Kanazawa Pool), Tsuzuki Pool
※Sakae pool will be treated in the same way.

Q1 Can use tickets and coupons issued before 2018 be used?
A1 Not available after April 1, 2019.
※It cannot be used regardless of whether or not the expiration date is stated.
※Includes old prepaid cards from Linetz Kanazawa and ticket types older than those currently issued.
Q2 Is it possible to get a refund?
A2 As of March 31, 2019, refunds have ended. Refunds are not possible after the period.
