How is the amount of wastewater discharged determined?

One month's wastewater discharge used to calculate sewerage usage fees is the amount of water used by Water Works Bureau meter reading when using water. In addition, when using water other than tap water such as groundwater such as well water or rainwater, the amount of sewage discharge is certified based on the contents of use.
If the amount of water used for business activities is significantly different from the amount of sewage drained to public sewers, the amount of sewage discharge is certified based on the contents by declaration.
