"Cadastral map" and "land area survey map" may be confused due to similar names, but are different types.
A cadastral map is a map created as a result of a cadastral survey. It is sent to the Legal Affairs Bureau after the cadastral survey to become a map provided by the Legal Affairs Bureau (public map), and does not indicate the area or distance of the land. . The cadastral map created by Yokohama City can be viewed in Green Environment Bureau Land Registry and Survey Division.
On the other hand, the land area survey map is a drawing submitted by the landowner to the Legal Affairs Bureau when applying for registration, and the results of surveying (area, quadrature method, etc.) for one stroke (or several brushes) of land are described. I am. The Legal Affairs Bureau, which has jurisdiction over the location of the land, keeps it, but many lands do not have a land area survey map. For more information, please contact the relevant Legal Affairs Bureau.
