Where do you issue a residential house certificate (new construction / unused)?

We issue house certificate for house of newly built (unused) house in Yokohama Building Information Center (6-50-10 Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi).
Documents required when applying for a certificate
required documents depends on whether the house is built-for-sale or custom-built, or whether resident certificate is moving to the location of the residential house. For more information, please visit the following website.

Residential house certificates for existing houses are issued at the tax certificate issuance window of the ward office where your house is located.
