A

As a general rule, the site of the building cannot be built unless it is in contact with the "road" under the Building Standards Law for more than 2m. This "road" (road under the Building Standards Law) refers to the following.
1 Roads under the Road Law with a width of 4m or more
2 Those with a width of 4m or more created based on laws such as the City Planning Act and the Land Readjustment Act.
3 Those with a width of 4m or more at the time of the enforcement of the Building Standards Law (November 23, 1950)
4 Roads built without complying with the Road Law or the City Planning Act, etc., with a width of 4 m or more designated for its location
5 At the time of the enforcement of the Building Standards Law (November 23, 1950), buildings lined up along the road with a width of 1.8m or more and less than 4m (commonly known as "section 2 road") .)
※ Other than 1, there may be both public roads and private roads.
