What is the reporting system when a physically handicapped person is in need of emergency due to injury or sudden illness?

A
In the event of an emergency such as injury or sudden illness, a pendant transmitter will be installed to notify nearby collaborators and Fire Bureau.
Target person
Person who has certificate of the physically disabled of the first grade, second grade and lives alone or equivalent
Costs
Installation fees and basic usage fees are borne by the user depending on the tax status of the household. (Dial call charges are borne by the user.)
