If you already have a user ID and password distributed by City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau, you can log in and apply electronically immediately.
If you do not know or do not have a user ID or password, please contact the City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau Port Administration Division (TEL: 045-671-7347).
However, an application for NACCS is required for notification of entry, application for reduction of entry fee, and unified application before entry (application for permission to use mooring facilities, etc.). For details on how to apply, please refer to "NACCS Usage Procedures" on the website of the Import / Import / Port Related Information Processing Center Co., Ltd. (NACCS Center).
