About LED security light which Yokohama-shi installed, Yokohama-shi performs management such as payment of electricity charges and repair at the time of failure. We ask the people of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations for daily monitoring, such as discovering and communicating failures and removing overgrown vegetation.
If you find any problems, please let us know what you would like to inform you to the Regional Promotion Division or the anti-crime program Support Division in Civic Affairs Bureau.
Please ask Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations officers about security lights owned by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.

What would you like to know

  • Management number (the number listed on the yellow plate or silver seal)
  • Telephone number (If the telephone pole number is listed on the telephone pole, please contact us together)
  • Information about location such as Address and target objects
  • Details of the problem ("Not lit", "Lighted during the day", "Blinking", etc.)
  • Date of failure (date of notice) and time zone

Notes

Security lights may be turned on later depending on the security lights, depending on the surrounding situation and the relationship with other lighting, but it is not a malfunction.
