In order to request information disclosure, you need to submit a request for disclosure.

・Anyone can charge it.
・The reception desk is at the Citizen Information Center on the third floor of Yokohama City Hall and Public Relations Section at the ward office. There is also a request for disclosure there.
　Reception hours Monday to Friday Citizen Information Center 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
　 Ward Office Public Relations Section 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
　(We cannot accept Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and New Year's holidays.)
・You can also request it by mail. If you need an invoice, please attach an 82 yen stamp to the reply envelope and mail the request to the Yokohama City Hall Citizen Information Center. I will return the invoice form by mail. In addition, you can print and use the disclosure request form from the related website "Information Disclosure System" below.
・It is also possible to request disclosure using the Yokohama City Electronic Application Service.
・We do not accept requests by telephone, fax, or e-mail.
・Please check with the Yokohama City Hall Citizen Information Center for details on how to fill out the invoice and other details.
