119 calls from those who are deaf or who have difficulty speaking are accepted by fax 119, Net119 emergency call system, telephone relay service, etc.

With 119 without the area code by facsimile, you can request fire engines and ambulances.

Net119 Emergency Call System

Emergency calls can be made to the Fire Command Center using the Internet from smartphones, tablet terminals, mobile phones, etc., and fire engines and ambulances can be requested.
Pre-registration is required for use.

Telephone Relay Service

You can request a fire engine or ambulance over the phone using the telephone relay service.
When you start the app, tap the "Emergency Call button" and select "119 (Fire / Emergency)".
When you connect with the interpreter operator, tell them, "I have 119 requests in Yokohama City."
If you are connected to the Yokohama Fire Department, please tell us the details of the report via an interpreter.
